You're frustrated that running your business feels so hard, that your self-doubt, procrastination, perfectionism and/or inner critic keep popping up and keeping you stuck. You're afraid that you don't know enough, you're not good enough to actually grow your business into what you truly envision. You can imagine what it would be like to run the business you desire and even start making plans, but every time you try to change, something happens and you end up right back where you started.​

In addition to being a coach I also run a handmade stationery business, so I know first-hand the ways that those negative feelings can leave us stuck! That's why I'm so passionate about helping other business owners!​
