Confidence

Kick-Start

What would it feel like to run your business with just a little more confidence?

What could you achieve?

What could your life and business look like?

What could be possible if your self-doubt took a back seat and your inner dreamer took the wheel?

What could be possible for YOU?

You're ready to rock your business so that you never have to go back to the 9-5 again!

BUT YOU'RE SICK AND TIRED OF:

~ Overanalysing and second-guessing everything, so you end up doing nothing

~ Procrastinating, and then beating yourself up for procrastinating

~ Feeling like an imposter when you try to put yourself out there

WHEN WHAT YOU REALLY WANT IS:

~ To show up online without worrying about what others are thinking of you

~ To actually finish projects that you start instead of getting distracted by the next shiny thing

~ Running your business to just feel a bit easier!

You've tried all the things: courses, memberships, listened to all the podcasts, downloaded all the freebies.

And all that did was leave you feeling more stuck, because you know what you have to do but you just can't do it.

Here's the thing...

Running a business, especially one built around your creativity, calls for you to put yourself out there into the world. And with that can come ALL the fear:

fear of failure

What will happen if this doesn't work? Will I have to stay in (or go back to) my 9-5? Will I have a house full of products that I don't know what to do with?

fear of rejection

What if people don't buy because my prices are too high? What if I reach out to a gallery or magazine or podcast host and they say no? What if I receive a bad review? What if somebody returns a product because they don't like it?

fear of judgement

What will people think if I post about this on social media? Will they think I don't know what I'm talking about? Will they think I'm too old/young/fat? What if I say something that offends people? What if people don't agree with me?

fear of success

What happens if this takes off? Will I have to work all the time and not get to spend time with my friends and family? Will I burn out? Will people think that I've grown too big for my boots if I start making a lot of money?

And all that did was leave you feeling more stuck, because you know what you have to do but you just can't do it.

And that fear can stop you in your tracks and lead to things like procrastinating, getting sucked into the social media scroll and other self-sabotaging behaviours.

You may have tried push through it or to fix it yourself, finding the million and one articles on the internet that proclaim to tell you how to hack your way out of your procrastination, the only thing you need to know to get new habits to stick for good, five simple steps to squash your inner critic.

And sure, those tips might work for a little while... but eventually your old patterns return, and you find yourself right back where you started.

That's because you haven't addressed what's lying below all those fears, you've just tried to plaster over the cracks.

I want to help you to break out of that cycle.

I believe the three keys to building true self-confidence are:

Awareness

You can't change what you don't know. By building your awareness of your patterns, fears and beliefs you can begin to make choices that align with your true vision of your business.

Bravery

When you are growing and expanding into the vision you have for your business, you will have to do things that feel uncomfortable. By building your bravery muscle you will begin to take consistent action and begin to change your patterns and beliefs.

Compassion

These beliefs and patterns are things that you may have been carrying around with you for decades. It's not always going to feel easy to change these, so showing yourself compassion can be key to keeping you engaged even when things are hard.

Over the course of our time together we will work on building these three important elements so that you can start to take beautiful action towards your goals without overthinking, procrastinating or aiming for perfection.

Because, it's only with action that you can truly build the business you desire.

I wasn't broken because I had self-doubt (and you aren't either!)

So, what is coaching?

Coaching is a wonderful collaborative process where we work together to tap into the resources you already have within you (even though you may not be able to see them now).

During our sessions I'll help you uncover your self-doubt patterns through a mixture of powerful questions and research-based tools. Then, we create actions and experiments for you to gently try out a new way of being, with accountability built in, so that you don't have to do this alone!

How do I sign up?

If you would like to book a (no sales pressure) call, click here. This call will give us both an opportunity to get to know each other so that you can decide if my coaching support is for you.

If calls aren't your thing but you would still like to find out more about coaching, let's exchange messages over Voxer*. Just book a 30-minute call at the link above but instead of meeting over Zoom we can exchange messages so that I can answer any of your questions

*Voxer is a voice and text messaging app
