No one said running your business would be easy, but is it supposed to feel this hard???
You’ve got the talent, drive and heart and I know you have what it takes to rock your online business!!
BUT...
You try to regularly post on socials but keep finding yourself in the social media scroll of doom and comparing yourself to everyone else in your industry (and obviously you do NOT stack up!).
Or, you want to launch your new thing but have to wait for things to be perfect before taking the next step and then… wait a minute… things are never perfect so you never start.
Or, you know what you should do for your business but constantly self-sabotage and make no progress.
You’ve tried:
~ All the productivity hacks to get rid of the procrastination (pomodoro FTW) but you still don’t feel like you have enough time because everything takes AGES to do!
~ Buying alllll the business courses, and not even starting half of them!
~ Beating yourself up and forcing yourself to just do the thing already
… but none of that helps in the long run.
Why me? Because I know what it's like to feel like your biz is stuck.
I started my letterpress business over 12 years ago, and over the years I had big dreams, but I struggled to follow-through on those dreams. I would:
Start new projects and lose interest before they were ready to release
Fill endless notebooks with ideas but rarely do anything with them
Waste hours "perfecting" client e-mails
Start a newsletter and then never actually send any
Procrastinate like nobody's business
Endlessly scroll and compare on social media
Does any of that sound familiar??
Finally, I'd had enough. I got tired of feeling stuck, fell majorly out of love with my business and decided to change gears and train as a coach.
As part of my training, I took a course on self-doubt and suddenly it all started to make sense!
All that quitting, procrastinating, and scrolling was my brain's way of keeping me safe from failure and judgement.
I wasn't broken because I had self-doubt (and you aren't either!)
My self-doubt had spent 40 years doing an absolutely amazing job of keeping me safe, but I learned that I didn't have to let that fearful part of me have control any more.
I started listening to the inner voice telling me that I could instead of the one telling me couldn't. I started taking brave action and being accountable to myself. I stopped letting fear of failure keep me quiet. I started offering myself boatloads of compassion when self-doubt does pop up again (because it's never gonna go away!).
I wasn't broken because I had self-doubt (and you aren't either!)
And, now I want to help you.
Help you to stop procrastinating, stop comparing, stop holding yourself back because people might judge you,stop over-giving and under-charging,and start showing up for your dreamsThis is brave work.

Fun Facts
I’ve lived in the UK for 12 years and am originally from Florida. If I had £1 for every time that a Brit has looked at me strangely and asked why I ever left, I wouldn’t have to run this business!
I was once a Nun (for a week, when I was in the musical, Sister Act)
I think that any dinner can be improved with the addition of some Kale (mmm, crunchy and green)
My favourite expression, and one that strikes terror in my husband, is “So, I’ve been thinking...”
You'll regularly find me bringing home the saddest, deadest looking plant from the Garden Centre. I just can't help trying to bring them back to their full glory. And I’m even successful some of the time!
